Problem Note 66210: A PROC FREQ table that exceeds one page in a tagged PDF file generates a segmentation violation

A segmentation violation is generated under the following circumstances for a PDF file that is created by ODS PDF with the ACCESSIBLE argument:
- The PDF file contains a crosstab table that is created by the FREQ procedure.
- The table spans across more than one page of output.
Possible code strategies to avoid such a wide table include decreasing the font size, reducing the margins for the PDF file, or reducing the number of observations that are used for the PROC FREQ step.
